Becoming a tenant?
Download and complete the rental application. Mail the completed forms plus $40 for processing fees to:

For faster delivery, you can scan and email the completed forms to info@greenrockapartments.com, and pay the application fee electronically at ipn.intuit.com. You will need to create an account with intuit to make the payment. Once logged into the intuit payment website, send payments to info@greenrockapartments.com. Please state the building and apartment number you are applying for in the memo, and add a 50 cent transaction fee.
Maintenance Needs?
We take pride in our buildings and want to keep them in the best shape possible. Please let us know as soon as any maintenance needs become apparent.
Notify us by email to maintenance@greenrockapartments.com with “Maintenance Building #: Apartment #” in the subject.
